Why do I need to verify my email address?

In order to make sure you are who you say you are and to protect us from being 'spammed' we do need you to verify your email address.

The password is required if you want to log into our Help Center or Web portal to submit support requests, use our knowledge base, or to track your support requests.

Until your email has been verified, your support requests remain in limbo (in other words, not added to our system and our support team cannot work on them).

If you have any problems verifying your email address please let us know as we can manually do this for you.
