What does this mean for you?

Sage will no longer provide:

  • Hotfixes or Patches
  • Technical support
  • Developer support
  • Additional licenses
  • Legislative updates
  • This doesn't mean the software will stop working. The software can still be used

And...

Sage 200 is supported directly with a reseller. Occasionally, we need to contact Sage on behalf of our clients, and when a product goes end of life, Sage withdraw this support from us too.

So, what next?

Speak to us about upgrading your Sage sooner rather than later. We already have upgrades booked in and will need to plan your upgrade ensuring that the new version is fully tested before you go live, we hand hold you every step of the way but need to make sure we have enough time to do this! In addition, you might need to upgrade your hardware to run the new release.
